Roast of the Day at OCBs, Dublin 2.

Feckin' Tasty

We’re all about taste at OCBs. It’s got to be unprocessed and it’s got to be fresh and seasonal. We change the menu every day so you don’t get bored. We don’t do buy-ins. We steam our free range eggs every morning so that we can make our own egg mayo. Sounds crazy and unbelievable but OTHERS buy in eggs already cooked & preserved in solution. No we can’t believe it either!

We wash, we chop and we dress our salads with our own dressings. Soups: only the freshest ingredients (except tomatoes where we use the best tinned Italian).
